By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to Quant Trading Signals ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Quant Trading Signals. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You must not be prohibited from accessing the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You have the legal right to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction

Nothing on this website, in our communications, or through our Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice, and you should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

We are not registered or licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, broker-dealers, or any other regulated financial professionals. We do not provide personalized financial advice or recommendations tailored to your specific financial situation.

4. Service Description

4.1 What We Provide

Our Service provides:

• Quantitative trading signals generated by proprietary algorithms
• Signal delivery through Telegram and/or Discord channels
• Performance tracking and analytics dashboard
• Educational resources about quantitative trading
• Community access to other subscribers

4.2 What We Don't Provide

• Personalized financial advice or recommendations
• Guaranteed returns or profit promises
• Trade execution or brokerage services
• Investment management or portfolio management
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice
• Real-time trade execution or automated trading

4.3 Affiliate Program

Quant Trading Signals operates an affiliate program ("Affiliate Program") that allows approved affiliates to earn commissions for referring customers to our Service.

4.3.1 Affiliate Agreement

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the application process
• Only use approved marketing materials and referral links
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices
• Not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our Service

4.3.2 Commission Structure

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 50% recurring commission on every subscription payment from referred customers.

Commission Duration: Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the customer's subscription, as long as the subscription remains active.

Attribution Window: Referrals are attributed to affiliates for 60 days from the initial click on the affiliate link.

4.3.3 Payouts

Payouts are processed when the minimum threshold of $50 is reached. Payments are made via PayPal, bank transfer, or Stripe Connect within 5-7 business days of approval.

4.3.4 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions:

• Self-referrals or referring family members to fraudulently earn commissions
• Using misleading or false claims about our Service
• Click fraud or artificially inflating click numbers
• Using spam or unsolicited marketing practices
• Violating intellectual property rights or using unauthorized logos/branding
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating referral tracking

4.3.5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

QUANT TRADING SIGNALS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS ("WE") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of capital or trading losses
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Missed trading opportunities
• Emotional distress or mental anguish
• Any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and price points. All prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated at our discretion with advance notice to subscribers.

6.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• NO REFUNDS are provided for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation
• Upon cancellation, you lose access to all subscriber-only features and channels
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds except where required by law

6.4 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Failure to cancel will result in automatic enrollment in a paid subscription.
