By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to Quant Trading Signals ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Quant Trading Signals. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:

  • You must not be prohibited from accessing the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction

3.1 Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE PROVIDES ALGORITHMIC TRADING SIGNALS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or through our Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice, and you should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

We are not registered or licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, broker-dealers, or any other regulated financial professionals. We do not provide personalized financial advice or recommendations tailored to your specific financial situation.

3.2 No Guarantees or Warranties

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES regarding:

  • Your ability to generate profits or avoid losses using our signals

3.3 Trading Risks

TRADING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS CARRIES SUBSTANTIAL RISK. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • You can lose all of your invested capital - Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • High win rates do not guarantee overall profitability
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning
  • Leverage magnifies both gains and losses
  • Technical issues, delays, or errors may occur
  • Signals may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable

3.4 Your Sole Responsibility

YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRADING DECISIONS. Before acting on any signal or information:

4. Service Description

4.1 What We Provide

Our Service provides:

  • Quantitative trading signals generated by proprietary algorithms
  • Signal delivery through Discord private channels (requires Discord account and acceptance of Discord's Terms of Service)
  • Email notifications for signal updates
  • Performance tracking and analytics dashboard
  • Educational resources about quantitative trading
  • Community access to other subscribers via Discord

4.2 What We Don't Provide

  • Personalized financial advice or recommendations
  • Guaranteed returns or profit promises
  • Trade execution or brokerage services
  • Investment management or portfolio management
  • Tax, legal, or accounting advice
  • Real-time trade execution or automated trading

4.3 Third-Party Platform Requirements

Community Platform: Access to trading signals requires a Discord account. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:

  • Create and maintain a Discord account (if you don't already have one)
  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Understand that Discord is an independent platform with its own privacy policy and data practices
  • Accept that we may remove your access to our private channels for violations of our rules or Discord's policies
  • Acknowledge that Discord may retain certain data even after your subscription ends, as per their privacy policy

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, an independent payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and acknowledge that Stripe processes your payment information according to their privacy policy.

4.3 Affiliate Program

Quant Trading Signals operates an affiliate program ("Affiliate Program") that allows approved affiliates to earn commissions for referring customers to our Service.

4.3.1 Affiliate Agreement

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the application process
  • Only use approved marketing materials and referral links
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws
  • Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices
  • Not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our Service

4.3.2 Commission Structure

Commission rates, duration, and attribution windows are provided to approved affiliates upon acceptance into the program. Commission terms may vary and are subject to change at our discretion.

4.3.3 Payouts

Payout terms, including minimum thresholds, payment methods, and processing timelines, are provided to approved affiliates in their affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to modify payout terms at any time.

4.3.4 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions:

  • Self-referrals or referring family members to fraudulently earn commissions
  • Using misleading or false claims about our Service
  • Click fraud or artificially inflating click numbers
  • Using spam or unsolicited marketing practices
  • Violating intellectual property rights or using unauthorized logos/branding
  • Creating fake accounts or manipulating referral tracking

4.3.5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

QUANT TRADING SIGNALS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS ("WE") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of capital or trading losses
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption
  • Missed trading opportunities
  • Emotional distress or mental anguish
  • Any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and price points. All prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated at our discretion with advance notice to subscribers.

6.2 Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on file for renewal
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension or termination
  • Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations and tax laws

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • NO REFUNDS are provided for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
  • You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation
  • Upon cancellation, you lose access to all subscriber-only features and channels
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds except where required by law

6.4 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges. Failure to cancel will result in automatic enrollment in a paid subscription.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute our signals or access to our service
  • Share your account credentials with others or maintain multiple accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our proprietary algorithms
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or download our content
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines in our server
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
  • Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission
  • Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activities using our signals
  • Make false or misleading claims about our service or your results
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription requirements

Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund, removal from Discord server, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, signals, algorithms, software, trademarks, and materials provided through our Service are the exclusive property of Quantmize and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
  • Create derivative works based on our signals or algorithms
  • Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party disruptions, or force majeure events.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including features, pricing, and access.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused time.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, for any violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will immediately lose access to all Service features, private channels, and any content or data associated with your account. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data after termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantmize and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, trading decisions, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, contact us at legal@quantsignals.com for informal resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Disputes will be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].

14. Regulatory Status

IMPORTANT: Quantmize is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We are not regulated by the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or any financial regulatory authority. Our signals are for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice and have no fiduciary duty to you.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantmize regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription.
